Owl Computer Chess Engines Rating List #9 - All Versions

The 9th Owl Chess Engines Rating List is released.  Seven new chess engines were added such as Toga II 2.0 SE, Mad Prune 1.1.25, Gaviota 0.86, Tornado 4.88, Bright 0.5c, Nemo 1.0.1b and Texel 1.01.  Toga placed high among the new chess engines and no new engine landed in the last position.

There is slight shuffle among the 3 middle top engines that is just 1 ELO point shift from the previous rank which is negligible.
