The 8th Owl Chess Enging Rating List published.  It included the completed 4R gauntlet matches of Tornado 4.88, Ktulu 9.0 and the 100 round matches of Hiarcs 14.  The significant change is the climb of Hiarcs from number 33 to 30 in the ranking list.
